How long have you been in business?
Mandy Porta founded Success Designs LLC in 2005 as a part-time business after graduating at the top of her class from LSU with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, a concentration in Advertising and a minor in Business. In October of 2008, Mandy turned Success Designs LLC into a full-time business venture.
What is your primary product or service?
The company specializes in designing marketing materials including logos, identity materials, brochures, websites, e-mail templates and more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In addition to Success Designs, Mandy worked as a graphic designer and web developer for local software and design companies in Louisiana including nStrumental Designs (a division of InfiniEdge Software) and Technology Engineers. Previously, she worked as editor of Neighbors magazine, a community publication distributed to more than 25,000 homes in East Baton Rouge Parish.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Success Designs is genuinely interested in our clients’ businesses and assisting them in their growth. That’s why we work to really get to know your organization and its goals before beginning a project. We keep up with web standards, meaning that our websites have faster loading times, are consistent among different browsers and are easy to maintain. Our designs are custom, no templates here! We also write copy that will get your customer's attention and generate business.
Which areas do you service?
While we market our services primarily to the Baton Rouge and Ascension Parish areas, with the power of the Internet, we are available to anyone in the US. We have successfully worked with a client in Houston, for example, without ever leaving Louisiana.

Mandy Porta is the owner of the company.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open M-F from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST. After hours appointments are available.
