After losing 90 pounds by changing my lifestyle, Fitness and nutriton became my passion. I have a bachelor's in Psychology and a certification in Nutritional Caoching and I have combined the two through my personal experience. I have been able to consult men and women in various states into a healthier lifestyle and weight management
