Almost 50 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Legal Services- We represent individuals who have been injured.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father was a long time injury lawyer and I was raised in that environment.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I think we are different in several ways; first we have a long history and tradition in representing clients, second through this long history we have had the good fortune of handling many cases of large value, third we are well capitalized and funded to handle any type of case, last and most important we try to incorporate our beliefs that exist in our personal life into our business model.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have office locations in Baton Rouge and Lafayette. However we currently have an ongoing and active practice in Alexandria, Monroe, and Lake Charles. We do have plans to grow and expand our business, we are currently looking into Shreveport and or Gulfport, MS.
What type of payments do you accept?
Our law firm is based on a contingency fee model, which means we are only paid if our client gets paid. There are no upfront charges or fees that a client must pay. We have a fixed rate percentage that typical ranges from 33% to 40%.
Which areas do you service?
We service virtually all of Louisiana and parts of Mississippi.
