What is your primary product or service?
We offer a complete range of filtration products; from small cartridge, strainer, and bag filters to filter presses and other complex automated self-cleaning systems that utilize sintered metal filter media including sintered powder, sintered fiber, and multi-layer wire mesh media. Replacements for competitors elements and leaves are available.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked with suppliers of these systems for 15 years, and I knew the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our systems offer improvements to most other equipment, and we are very price competitive.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we are located in Baton Rouge and are expanding throughout the state of Louisiana as well as the Gulf Coast.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are on Drusilla Lane, but typically we go to our customers location.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, and we offer credit to approved customers with submission of a credit application. Leasing can be arranged for high dollar packages.
Which areas do you service?
Refining, petro-chemical, power generation, oilfeild, food and beverage, and any other industry.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Jeff Pollard is the owner of Pollard Industries, LLC.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM.
